Our properties are professionally managed and include starter coffee kits, kitchen consumables, welcome gift, and bathroom essentials. We offer timely guest service support throughout your stay. OUTDOOR SPACE The amazing private backyard was made for relaxing in the sunshine. The property's backyard backs up to the world famous and exclusive Porcupine Creek Golf Club. This backyard features a private pool and spa with great views of the mountains. Catch sun in the chaise lounges, eat al fresco under the cover patio with your family or friends. On cooler nights enjoy a glass of wine next to the fire table while relaxing in one of the outdoor sectional sofas. For those who like to BBQ, a two burner BBQ is provided and connected to natural gas. INTERIOR SPACE The inside of the property features an open floor plan with kitchen, TV room and dining area. Built for spending time together. The new dining table has ample seating for eight persons. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for meal prep. Enjoy a TV show or a movie with your loved ones on the 55in. Smart TV. SLEEPING QUARTERS Bedrooms are located on the north side of the property away from the living space. The office features a work desk, futon sofa and a closet. The Guest Bedroom #1 features a queen size bed, nightstands and a large closet. The Guest Room #2 features a bunk bed with a full size mattress and twin bed. Large closet provides ample space for storage. Main Bedroom features a remodeled en-suite bath, king bed and a large closet. THINGS TO DO This unit is located in the beautiful community of Rancho Mirage cove, across from The River shopping and dining center. Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods are within 2.5 miles from the property. Palm Springs Airport is 28 minutes away, Living Desert Zoo is located 12 minutes from the property. World Famous El Paseo Shopping is 10 minutes away, features restaurants and shopping. Albertsons, Ralphs, Rite Aid are all conveniently located 2 miles away. The minimum age for this property is 25 years. No smoking, no parties. For Cancelation Policy please refer to the Rental Agreement. POOL HEAT The sparkling pool and spa takes center stage, inviting long, sun-soaked afternoons or peaceful evening dips beneath the desert sky. Optional pool heat is available for $65 per night. We recommend adding heat between October and May. With this option, your pool will be preheated to a comfortable 83°F before your arrival. You will also be able to heat the spa, which is included in your booking. Daily pool heating fees are based on natural gas prices in California and the pool's size. PET POLICY We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Unfortunately during my stay a rat infestation occurred. A pest control technician was sent out as soon as I called the management company, but the traps did not work. I vacated early with a refund on the remainder of my rental period. In my opinion, the overgrown backyard foliage needs to be professionally trimmed and cleaned up plus the huge unused swamp cooler hauled away, which would help mitigate the rat problem. ##### Cindy M.
