An architectural masterpiece, Echo Estate becomes one with its rugged yet majestic desert surroundings. It flows from interior to exterior, creating a striking interaction between home and nature. The 4000+ square foot open concept floor plan has a spacious great room and kitchen combo that takes full advantage of the spectacular setting. Plus 4 bedroom suites, all with exterior entrances and views. If you do decide to leave your peaceful retreat, you're right in the heart of Rancho Mirage - just a few miles away from Palm Springs to the West and Palm Desert, Indian Wells and La Quinta to the East.  
  
The outdoors is an absolute delight to the senses. The peaceful outdoor space is walled and gated for privacy and has all the amenities you want on vacation. Sparkling saltwater pool with expansive tanning deck, spa and a firepit lounge area for those cooler desert nights. Built in BBQ grill and al fresco dining. Beautifully manicured yard, with desert plants and cactus.  
  
The indoors is spacious and airy with disappearing walls of glass throughout for true indoor outdoor living. It has incredible style and use of natural elements - wood, slate and stone mixed with comfortable furnishings for the perfect desert escape. The great room has comfortable seating, flatscreen TV and a showpiece fireplace. It opens up to the chef's kitchen with high-end Thermador appliances, gas range and large center island. Plus it has all the small appliances and cooking utensils needed to make the chef in the family feel right at home.  
  
Each of the bedrooms is a private suite and has a hotel quality mattress, en suite bathroom, flatscreen TV, ample closet space and private access to the outdoors. The Primary Suite has a King bed and a wall of glass that opens up fully to the yard. The en suite bathroom has a large shower and dual sinks. The deep tub has inspiring views to contemplate while you soak. Suite 2 has a King bed and en suite bath with shower. Suite 3 has 2 bunk beds with Doubles on the bottom and Twins on the top as well as an en suite bath with shower. Suite 4 is in the stunning detached Casita and has a King bed, sitting area and en suite bath with shower.  
  
Beds: 3 Kings, 2 Doubles, 2 Twins. Sleeps 10. Parking for 4 cars.  
  
Other Amenities: Wireless internet. High quality linens, bath and pool towels plus a starter set of all natural Beekman soaps in each bathroom. Fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.  
  
Fabulous location tucked away in a private neighborhood in the heart of Rancho Mirage. Restaurants, shops, theaters, spas, hiking trails, golf courses and tennis are all close by. Our other desert cities are all a short drive. Palm Springs is 5 miles west. Or take Highway 111 East to Palm Desert with the famous El Paseo shopping district, Indian Wells home of the BNP Paribas Open or the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival in Indio.
