Very clean and comfortable rooms. Wi-fi was excellent and I was able to use the work desk/space to conduct virtual meetings easily. Spacious room. Great breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent place to stay if you want convenient access to Ramstein AB and the surrounding area.

The hotel is very close to Ramstein. It was very convenient for visiting family. The property is very clean. All staff are very friendly and helpful. There is plenty of storage to allow for unpacking. There is no ac, but the fans provided are helpful. The breakfast is great with plenty of options. There is juice and coffee every morning plus different food options including delicious pastries.

Dear Guest , thank you for taking the time to rate your stay. We apologise again for the front door's being broken. As we previously explained, the circuit board required was ordered immediately, but, as with so many items at this time, took much longer to be delivered than would normally be the case. It was replaced the day it arrived, and all is working as normal. We are still operating with limited staff, again an aftermath of COVID, but there is always a member of staff to be reached, either by using the speed dial on the room phone or calling the after- hours contact number posted at the entrance and on reception. We are working hard to return to our regular service and would be delighted to show you the progress in person on your next visit.

Great off base option for less than DOD lodging
Arrived late at night but got my key in the lock box outside and easily accessed my room. Got the Deluxe triple which was nice but not much different than my coworkers who get the less expensive rooms. Next time I’d stick with a standard room. Bed was extremely comfortable and room was clean. Staff was very pleasant in the morning and the coffee outside was great. Will definitely be staying here often.

We do apologise that our services are limited at this time, but are sure that you appreciate that this is due to the restrictions imposed on us by the measures to prevent the spread of Corona Virus. We would be delighted to welcome you back when things have returned to normal, to convince you of the high level of service which is our standard. There appears to have been a bit of a misunderstanding regarding laundry. While we do charge €10 to wash and dry laundry, this is charged per load, not per kilo and our washing machine has a capacity of 7,5 kilos.

Favorite place to stay in Ramstein
