The upper floor features a living/dining room with a dining table and satellite TV, leading out to a balcony. There is also a room with a sofa bed, a double bed, and a hand-basin, accessible to the balcony. Additionally, you'll find a double bedroom with a hand-basin and access to the balcony, as well as another double bedroom with a hand-basin, shower, and WC, also leading to the balcony. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine. A separate shower and WC are available on this level. The top floor comprises a room with a single bed, a double bed, and a hand-basin, as well as a double bedroom with a hand-basin and balcony access. There is also a shower and a separate WC on this floor.

The apartment is furnished with wooden floors and carpets, providing a warm and comfortable atmosphere.
