(1,619 reviews) Staff was extremely friendly. Our first nights stay was wonderful, but the next morning the power in our room went out, not the whole hotel, just our room. So we were transferred and upgraded to a nicer room, which was lovely. But then when we returned to our room later that night , there was a light on our bedside that was strobing and would not turn off as we were trying to settle into bed. We then had to be transferred to another room at two in the morning so we would be able to sleep. The room was comparable to our original room so we had no issue with the room itself, just the inconvenience of having to be moved twice , but the staff was very accommodating, very understanding, and very kind so no notes on their half. They comped our fees and our parking for 2 nights which was lovely. The phone connectivity in the room is very limited due to building type construction. The property WiFi is on the poor side, so if you need internet or phone service, you’ll have to step outside to the front of the property. This is with Verizon or T Mobile service. The porch light that activates at dusk and stays on until sunrise is located directly outside the window which is located directly in front of the bed. Your room will be lit up when it’s sleep time. I would recommend a sleep mask. I would highly recommend a parking permit as public parking is very limited due to high activity in the area. This is not a bad property, just some little things that can be annoying. Enjoy the stay..
