There was a very bad smell in the room on the third day, i Think the housekeeper didn’t change the water she was using for the mop. For the price we paid (500$/night), i would have expected better in terms of cleanliness. »

« The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the design is carefully curated and every detail has been thought of. The rooms are very pretty and at first glance everything was perfect, but we stayed for 3 nights in wich nobody came to clean the room, make the bed or bring clean towels (housekeeping in general was non existent) we did call the lobby many time to request it and were ignored. It’s a new hotel targeted for young people clearly, and I think they sacrificed basic hotel amenities for the design...
