The location was perfect for access to restaurants and proximity to walk to the train station while also providing parking for my friend. It was near a grocery, and had a decent kitchen so we weren't forced to eat out for every meal, but close enough to a few good spots to eat so we didn't feel stuck for options. There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, so we also had our own space. The living room was great at the end of the day to hang out in. On the weekend we were able to wander Raleigh on foot without feeling we were too far removed, and the area was perfectly safe. ##### E. B. Walking distance to so much food, drinks, shopping, etc. We definitely plan to come and stay again. Perfect for a couple or family. Upstairs shower has mold in a number of places. Window shade cords were broken. Bed in main floor bedroom was bad.
