Retro Oaks was well located, so we could come & go easily. It’s a well equipped place that’s really cool & hip & was perfect for doing fiber work in the evenings. The neighborhood is quiet at night. Every living space was comfortable and well organized. The backyard was equipped with yard games, a fire pit (which was perfect for s'mores) and the perfect setup to enjoy coffee on the patio. The bathrooms were clean and luxurious. For those high water pressure lovers, the showers were spot on. The location of the house had us in close proximity to ALL the fun things. Just minutes from Pullen Park, NC State, Lake Johnson, restaurants, Marbles Children's Museum, the Natural Science Museum and more. If you're traveling with kiddos, John Chavis Memorial Park is right around the corner with a splash pad, adventure park and carousel. Our host was super communicative and accommodating and went the extra lengths to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We're definitely saving this property to our favorites list! ##### J N.
