The laundry room has machines available for your use. Please bring your own laundry soap. You will be provided a starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels. As we have rebranded and redecorated for 2025 this is a new listing, but you'll still have the same great hosts! The king bed was uneven but serviceable. The bedrooms with two beds each had beds that I would consider small even for children (perhaps I misjudged the photos) and also creaked upon every movement.- Noises. There is a sump pump system as the bedrooms are essentially in a walkout basement. When the downstairs sinks/ showers are run or toilets flushed there is a loud thunk in the bedroom with the large bed.Other notes: the house is a duplex and the back yard is shared, wasn’t an issue for us but wasn’t clear in the listing. ##### Jason W.
