While we are happy to host families, please note that the house is not “child-proofed,” nor do we provide any child-focused amenities (no crib, pack-n-play, high chair, etc). We do ask that guests are relatively quiet after 10 PM, as a courtesy to neighbors. Parties and loud groups are not permitted. Thanks for helping us be good neighbors. Smoking or vaping of any substances is not permitted on the property. There are exterior security cameras (locations specified in Safety section). We use Safely as a third party screener for the safety of all of our guests and neighbors.
