The Space:
Come stay at our newly renovated home in Raleigh, NC! With fresh paint, new floors, added accent walls, and aesthetically pleasing decor, we strive for you to be comfortable and happy throughout your stay. Our goal is for you to feel like you're on vacation from the moment walk down the steps into the front door, so we have provided arcade games, hot tub, a coffee maker with supplies, and Smart TVs for your enjoyment! The beds available are a King, a Queen, a Twin over Full Bunk Bed with a Twin Trundle underneath, as well as a sleeper sofa in the Living Room makes the maximum occupancy 10 guests.

Guest Access:
Before check in you will be sent a personal entry code for the Smart Lock located on the front door. You will have access to the entire home and all of its amenities!

The Neighborhood:
Located in a cul-de-sac within the Walnut Creek neighborhood of Raleigh, NC.

Getting Around:
Having your own form of transportation is recommended.

Other Things to Note:
There are stairs going down to the front door, note the hand railing is on the right as you go down. It is not wheelchair accessible. There are two security cameras that show the front door and front yard for both your safety and our security.

Interaction with Guests:
I am available via message through the site and will provide my phone number once the reservation is confirmed! You will be able to check in whenever you arrive without in person contact as you will be sent a personal entry code for the Smart Lock located on the front door.

UNC Graduation Celebration with Family
The house is super clean on the inside and there are some nice touches. However there are areas for improvement as well. The yard and backyard are not well maintained and not suitable to walk onto much less host a meal. The neighborhood has lots of cars and parking was challenging. The beds are very creaky, not solid and felt flimsy. The listing states it sleeps 10 but in reality it can sleep a max of 9 and thats if you count the top bunk (which was super scary) The dishware, pots and pans are very old and flimsy and not in good condition. The diswasher was very old. The plates and glasses (including wine glasses) were plastic. There were no sheets on the sofa bed but the hosts were nice enough to reimburse us for a set of double sheets we purchased for our stay. The hot tub was a nice touch!

Decent stay overall
This house was the first stop of our spring break with our three kids. The space and size of the house was perfect. I will say though my kids were bummed when they couldn’t all stay in the bunk bed room together because the bed is extremely wobbly and she didn’t feel safe staying on the top. The kitchen was missing a lot of items. You can’t plan on doing much cooking while there. Also missing basics like kitchen towels. Quite a few marks on the walls. I would say overall a good stay and very cute home, but could improve in a few areas.

Friends Weekend
My friends and I stayed the weekend for St Patrick’s day. It was a good location to downtown Raleigh and to PNC arena. The host was easy to contact and check in was a breeze. Would stay here again.

1st trip to the triangle
We wanted something different for Christmas break so we went to the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area of North Carolina. This house was a great home base as we explored the area each day. The kids loved using the hot tub in the morning and evening. We loved visiting the schools, parks and restaurants in the area. Overall, a great trip for us.

Perfect house
We had a great stay. It was very easy to check in and communication was very quick. Any questions I had were immediately answered. We stayed with family to take the kids to a football game. The house was the perfect home base. The kids loved the games and the living room was spacious enough for us all to chill when he got home in evenings. I would recommend this house.

Great Space
This was a great location for a us. Right around the corner Walnut Creek (travel softball) house was clean and communication with the host was great. We will definitely book here again if we come back this way for another tournament.
