The absolutely best location in the southeast of Raleigh, NC! Roughly 15 minutes from the heart of Downtown Raleigh, this spacious and modern private home provides easy access to all of the entertainment, nightlife, and attractions that Raleigh has to offer. 10-15 Minutes to shopping, Coastal Credit Union Music Park at Walnut Creek, PNC Arena, Red Hat Amphitheater, Museum of Natural Sciences, NC Museum of Art, State Farmers' Market, Colleges, Universities, restaurants, and much more.  
The space  
The house includes Smart TVs in each room so you can access your streaming services (Netflix, youtube, Hulu, etc.), a large sofa and love seat in the family room, a fireplace, and high-speed internet. The perfect spot for family & friends, you will love this home away from home in Raleigh!

Raleigh public transportation is available at the front entrance of the neighborhood.  
Other things to note  
Please collect all garbage in the house and place it in the trash/recycling bins outside at the end of your stay. The trash is picked up every Friday morning, if you are staying on the property during the week, please be sure that you place the trash in the trash bins outside and pull it to the end of the driveway for early morning pickup. In addition, at the end of your stay, please remove all used bedding, bath cloths, and towels and place them in the laundry room, wash or place used dishes in the dishwasher and start the load.
