Enjoy a 5-minute walk to Common Grounds Coffee, Apex Outfitters, Peak of the Vine wine bar, or The Peak on Salem plus more! The stylish home boasts three bedrooms with both king and queen-sized beds, 44" SMART TVs, a full-sized washer /dryer, and a dedicated workspace! It's decorated with modern farmhouse decor with each bedroom having its own unique style. The guests have the entire house to themselves. There are no neighbors on either side so the house is very private! Additionally, we cater to families with children, the space is all one level and includes a pack and play on site for those families traveling with little ones. It is stored in the king bedroom closet for ease of access. Fenced yard. The owner communicated very well and did note the people staying before us left the home a wreck and they did their best; however the home was not very clean upon checking in. In lieu of a hotel, I wanted a "home away from home", someplace comfortable. I walked the neighborhood every morning and walked to dinner with friends on Salem Street several evenings. Groceries and Costco are nearby. The house was well appointed, and had everything I needed (including great WIFI). The only downside is that it's on a busy street corner with a traffic light.
