Good house setup with three sitting areas, including a sunroom and three bedrooms that worked well for our family. Nice renovation of an older home with some modern touches: good furniture, TVs in a lot of the rooms, USB charging stations, nice lighting and fans in the bedrooms. But, the kitchen and bathrooms are original with some charm but don’t expect the modern amenities there. It was a combination work and vacation visit so some of us had to work part of the time. We easily found space to work while the rest were able to relax in other parts of the house. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. It was fun to walk in the surrounding neighborhood and to the downtown area which is only a few blocks away. Our recommendations for your visit: - Walk through the Downtown Cary Park - Get a coffee at Esteamed - Grab a hot dog and a root beer float at Ashworth's - Take in a movie or show at The Cary Theater or The Cary Arts Center We enjoyed our stay very much! Communications with owner were fine regarding timing and entry. House was large enough for five of us. A couple of negatives: had a few large insects in the kitchen, believe to be Palmetto Bugs.
