Villa del Lauro is exactly in the city centre a few steps from the Cathedral, as many historical centres the streets can be narrow and steep. The hotel is a building of nineteenth century, renovated in respect of the ancient forms of the structure and the original materials, for this reason it was not possible to build a lift. We are in Sicily, and as you know, we have the best oranges to make a Sicilian orange juice! The season for this product comes to an end, so we prefer to present a breakfast made with fresh and seasonal fruits wether possible. About the archichitecture at Villa del Lauro, the Palace was built at the end of eighteen century, and in this case as mentioned in our face to face conversation, air conditioning system and the swimming pool location are the result of an adjustment beetween municipal administration rules and concrete possibility to install the equipment in the best way. Our customer's comments are a very important and I believe that your evaluations are a constructive way to better our services. L’intento iniziale di questa struttura, risalente al lontano 800’ e ristrutturata successivamente 12 anni fa, è proprio quello di far rivivere ai nostri ospiti, grazie alla struttura mantenuta originale in tutte le sue caratteristiche, i tempi di una volta. Difatti, noi tutti ci impegniamo per mantenere alto lo standard qualitativo che la contraddistingue in maniera tale da poter soddisfare al 100% ogni vostra esigenza.Mi dispiace per le valigie senza ascensore ma purtroppo la struttura non permette tale portata per la sua antichità ed eleganza. L'hotel è situato in Via Ecce Homo, nel cuore storico di Ragusa Superiore ed a pochi passi dalla scalinata che conduce a Ragusa Ibla. Gentile Marcello, ci dispiace leggere la sua recensione: siamo rammaricati per i disagi arrecati alla sua vacanza in relazione al materasso macchiato ed alla mancata rifornitura della linea cortesia. Il Suo commento è un importante strumento per valutare il nostro operato ed intervenire per migliorare i nostri servizi. Per quanto riguarda ascensore e parcheggio invece vorremmo dare alcune ulteriori informazioni: la villa è una dimora d'epoca situata nel centro storico di Ragusa Superiore. Data la natura della struttura non è dunque possibile la realizzazione di un ascensore. Parcheggio: forniamo ai nostri ospiti, previa disponibilità, dei pass per ZRUche consentono di parcheggiare l'auto nell'area dove è situata la Villa. Soluzione alternativa è l'utilizzo del parcheggio Si Sosta, poco distante ed aperto h24 (a pagamento). E' tuttavia possibile lasciare la propria vettura sulle vie dove non riservate ai residenti. Per quanto riguarda il parcheggio, l'hotel si trova in centro storico a pochi passi dalla Cattedrale ed è conseguente purtroppo il problema del parcheggio, per questo motivo il nostro staff è a vostra completa disposizione per fornire tutte le informazioni necessarie, inclusa la possibilità di un parcheggio coperto a pagamento a circa 200mt di distanza.
