The position of the hotel and the staff were very good. The breakfast was also satisfactory.
However, the rooms are tired and old requiring significant maintence. The air conditioning was unable to adequately heat the room and the lighting was very poor.
Public areas are threadbare and the toilets cleanliness not upto any reasonable standard.

Nice little hotel for break
Lovely stay with family.Staff are amazing and will do anything that is asked.Parts could do with a bit updating but for the amount of time in hotel it is adequate.Would stay again as Radlett is a lovely little area and train station right opposite hotel for London centre.

The room was clean and comfortable, if a little dated, but the corridors and main bar area could do with a refresh.

Traveled for a sporting event the hotel is situated at the heart of Radlett making it easy to find. Easy check-in a full and comprehensive selection on the menu and an excellent selection of drink's available.The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable the staff very friendly and happy to help with any queries l had. I would definitely visit again and advise if you are visiting the area this hotel is a must.

Work event close to hotel, the team were superb, so hard working but always with a smile and time for you and really helpful, a real pleasure to stay. Hotel rooms clean, comfortable with some nice touches, bar/snack menu a bit high, but you don't have to use them, and didn't.
I stay in hotels a lot, and would have absolutely no hesitation, in fact will return and would highly recommend.

Great pub and Hotel room.
It’s literally across the road from the train station, even though I never heard any trains. The pub is large, the staff were all super friendly and helpful. My room was nice with a comfy bed.
A very nice cooked breakfast too. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

Not a bad little pub
Was ok for a couple of nights.
Slept so well. Comfy bed and pillows, the black out curtains did their job well and the WiFi was good.
Although the bathroom looked fab with its slipper bath and it’s generously sized shower it was more style over substance. Water was either scald your skin off or freeze you to the spot - after many minutes trying to adjust the control it would cut out and the extractor fan just couldn’t keep up leaving every surface and everything damp, condensation running off off all walls even those over the bed.
Breakfast was decent and pleasant as were the staff. Bar area was warm and welcoming and had a lovely comfortable cosy area where you could sit back and chill.

One night only
Hotel was modern and stylish. Parking was good. Room was so small you could barely get round the bed. Also they have put snacks in the room (I stay in hotels every week around the UK and what is on the table is free). It was put in a nice display and it wasn’t until underneath all the books in the room you found a menu price list for snacks. Seems to be very sneaky.
The room was freezing, with the windows shut and the air con unit on hottest it was Baltic in the room. The room was very noisy from the cars outside too.

Great stay, great value for money
We had a great stay. The room was good, the bathroom was especially nice. We had a great meal in the restaurant and breakfast was excellent. It’s excellent value for money and we’d definitely stay there again if we’re visiting the area.

Excellent overnight stay in lovely pub with rooms
We had been to the Harry Potter Studio Tour and wanted somewhere local to stay. Im not a fan of hotel chains and this pub with rooms was perfect. Really excellent service. Great food in the pub. Breakfast freshly cooked to order and delicoius. My room was fabulous with a huge very comfy bed and massive drench shower. Reccommended.

Perfect stop over in between two long journeys.
We came to the area to attend the memorial service/celebration, of an old school friend and so our stay was literally, just overnight and to attend the function as we had to return home later the next day. The staff were kind and friendly, helpful, and the room was spotlessly clean. We were helped with our luggage and we had a nice homely meal in the evening being the only people in the restaurant, as everyone else was in the bar area. It was as near perfect for our needs as we are fit and active people. the chef di not report for work on the Sunday morning, and so the manager himself cooked our breakfast! Well good for him, he deserves praise as I think many would have said sorry, the service is not available due to staff shortages! But he rolled up his sleeves and did us a cooked breakfast.
