If you are a smoker you are free to smoke just outside the parking lot. Any proof of smoking/vaping will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal. 4\. Although one (1) pet under 40 lbs is permitted on the property, we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest\`s name on the reservation. 5\. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest. 6\. Please leave the underground parkade/pool/garage key(s) inside the unit where you found it. If not there will be a $150 replacement charge. 7\. Communication with management was excellent from time of booking. The suite was immaculate; kitchen was extremely well-stocked (even to condiments); the beds and furniture were welcoming and comfortable. We found the A/C - heating unit to be somewhat noisy while sitting on the balcony; but this has been reported to the owners. The temperature plummeted while we were there so we were grateful for the convenient underground parking. The unit is welcoming and contemporary with a drop of humour in just the right places. I really liked having the iPad to inform us of everything we needed to know. I thought it would be bigger based on the photos, but it was still big enough for 5 adults. It was pet friendly.
