Monuments, beaches, and museums highlight some of the noteworthy features of Caen City Centre. Make a stop by Normandy Museum or Congress Centre while you're exploring the neighborhood.

Caen City Centre
Le Havre was severely bombed during WWII so that called for quick action after the war to rebuild the destroyed areas and create homes for all those that lost theirs. A man named Auguste Perret headed up that team to rebuild the city which now has earned UNESCO World Heritage status due to its urban planning and architecture. Personally I love best the parts of the town where the old meets the new.

Downtown Le Havre

You'll enjoy the museums and churches in Downtown Le Havre. You might want to make time for a stop at Le Havre Beach or The Volcano.
