Dear Mr Torales, I feel very sorry to read that we could not meet your expectations. Far from looking for excuses, I would nevertheless point out that the hotel does not have a permanent massagist. This service is on demand (as advertised) and hence is outsourced. Unfortunately, as explained by our receptionist, the service provider cancelled the session only 20 minutes before it was due, clearly a professional mistake from her end. Though it may be of no comfort to you, corrective action has been taken.
