### Small Minisuite independent area embassy USA

It's all you need for a short or long stay in Quito.  
We are located very close to the American Embassy, the financial center of the capital, Solca hospital, Carcelen bus station,  
Ideal for people with reduced mobility as it is located on a low floor, zero stairs or for people who have appointments at the American Embassy or just take a break and relax in this quiet oasis. Due to the proximity to SOLCA, we do not suffer power outages.

You can access the front yard, garage, outdoor dining table located in the corridor of your accommodation, lounging upper terrace, you can play in football located on said terrace , third floor covered terrace, hammock, use of laundry.  
Other things to note  
We do not suffer power outages, due to the proximity to the SOLCA hospital.
