"Great location I. The middle of old town. Stately, large comfortable rooms..we found the staff to be tirelessly helpful in regards to all of our needs"
"I loved everything about this property. The personalized touches, safety, spa, afternoon, tea, absolute, beautiful gardens, and architecture. The views were outstanding. If I could, I would live there."
"Stylish and convenient property. Staff were extremely professional and kind. We were extremely pleased with everything regarding our stay. Thank you so much!"
"Failed to show up for airport transfer to property. We got a taxi that got lost then was unable to climb the mountain due to their road conditions. We had to climb the mountain by foot to attempt to check in but the staff had already left for the evening and failed to respond when we continued to ask for assistance. Our flight arrived at midnight and at 2am my family was still not sure where we would be staying the next 3 days/nights.
Taxi driver was awesome and found us a safe place to rest...
