"Great location walkable to Walgreens, grocery store and Starbucks. The bus stop (free of charge) is in front of the building. I wouldn’t say the lifts are walkable with boots on but you could do it. Property was very clean, homey, and comfortable. Someone else would say that the mattress needs to be replaced, but it didn’t affect my stay. I would recommend they be replaced though."

"Wow, this property exceeded our expectations. Craig's listing was accurate but there is so much more we could add to it to really tell how awesome the Park Regency is for a stay. We were surprised how close to the slopes (Park City and Deer Valley) it is and how easy the shuttle made it to ski every day without dealing with the parking. Park Regency is close to it all - even Main Street where the Sundance Festival is held. The accommodations themselves were great! The listing said two bedrooms...

"Not a good check-in experience, then when we arrive… No AC. High of 93 the days we were there. Top floor condo. Very very very hot. This was the hottest I’ve ever been in any type of rental ever; home rental, condo, hotel, etc. very disappointed, would not recommend during June-September due to lack of A/C. Nice property otherwise. Very clean rental. Just so so hot and hard to find. Unit 404. Just NO AIR CONDITIONING. "
