Les hôtes ont ajouté plusieurs petites attentions qui ajoutent un petit plus (distributeur de savon et shampoing, épices et huile pour cuisiner, ice pacs, dépliants des activités des environs... ). Nous n'avons eu aucun problème à trouver du stationnement dans la rue. C'est un quartier calme. La cour est grande permettant aux enfants de jouer dehors. « We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this 2nd floor space that had everything needed for a 5 day stay. The kitchen was full with dishes, utensils, and cooking gear. Washer and dryer were a plus as well. Our 2 small dogs loved the fenced back yard and the dog park which is a very short walk away. Stores were very close by for any grocery needs. We enjoyed walking to the beach on the Quincy Bay - there are alot of shells there. We also took the train to Fenway, which was really easy. ...

« House was perfect for the 5 of us. Beds were really comfortable. It's off a busy street, like majority of homes, so a bit noisy, but after seeing Boston ALL day, a comfy bed was all that was needed. Easy access to freeway. Walmart was close for us to pick up little things like water, creamer, etc. »

« The property especially the outside area could use some TLC. the trash location in the parking lot was constantly over flowing with soooo many trash bags piled up and falling apart with loose trash all over the ground. Also, the perimeter of the property had cigarette butts and trash all in the mulch. I didn’t like how they let heroin junkies live there with his dog. Always outside smoking cigarettes. Just a bad look. Unfortunately we won’t be staying there again. »

Close to the USS constitution which was nice and also close to the ferry to go to Boston harbour which was practical, because otherwise you have to walk about 30 minutes for the subway. « The good: Beautiful views and right on the beach. Floor plan is creepy. The “first floor tenant” has direct access to our living area on the second floor at all times. There is a camera in the hallway. The hot tub was filthy and a serious hazard for children. Fine if it’s out of service but then drain and cover it. The Keurig coffee maker doesn’t work. Only two coffee mugs in the kitchen WiFi signal does not reach to the bedrooms. A lot of potential but for this price frankly I expect more. »
