Master bedroom is very large located downstairs with ensuite 5 piece bath, secondary bedroom furnished with a queen bed is located on the main floor and third bedroom located downstairs in semi-private loft style with a king bed. Enjoy beautiful swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, outdoor basketball area, baseball/play field in this beautiful recreational paradise just steps away. Golf - Sunserra boasts a fun 9 hole par 3 course while the course at Crescent Bar boasts a regular 9 hole on the island! Water ski/Surf/Jet ski - Crescent Bar is located at the perfect bend in the river to allow for some of the calmest water you'll find. You can enjoy dinner and drinks and relax by the fireplace at the Sunfire Bar and Grill or enjoy a patio setting next to the beautiful cliffs at Tower Pizza. White Heron Cellars is just 2 minutes away at the top of the canyon. Enjoy wine tasting, local bands, and the views from the top!
