 Nestled in a protected site of 45 hectares, this exceptional place is  
 ideally located on the banks of the Odet, just a stone's throw from the  
 historic center of Quimper. With the sea and the beaches of Bénodet  
 just 15 km away, it is an ideal starting point for exploring the  
 region. The accommodation offers a true oasis of calm and tranquility,  
 with a pedestrian and cycle path leading directly to Quimper.

 Comfortable and well-equipped accommodation :  
 The accommodation is designed to provide maximum comfort and  
 convenience to its visitors. It includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms,  
 and a semi-covered terrace to enjoy the outdoors. The kitchen is
