\-Bedroom with bed of 140cm large,  
\-Bathroom with washing machine,  
\-Toilets separated,  
  
Large terrace with sea view and garden furniture.  
Parking n°6. Animals allowed with extra charge (4€/day).  
  
Electric and water usage in extra charge excepted from the 24th of May to 27th of September 2025.  
Optional: end-of-stay cleaning 75€. Linen supply, nursery equipment.
