Literie confortable et chambre orientée nord, ce qui permet de dormir avec une température plutôt agréable. Place de parking très appréciable à l’intérieur de la résidence fermée par un portail électrique. Appartement à 5 minutes à pied, de la plage, du centre et des restaurants. Il est très calme, aucune nuisance. On peut tout faire à pied : plage, restaurant, shopping, balade, etc... Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la place de parking réservée et sécurisée. De plus, Quiberon c’est magnifique !!! Mais, nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse car c’était très très sale. La deco de l’appartement est triste car trop chargée et tout est de couleur grise.
