The property was even nicer than it appeared on line, and the floorplan was nicely laid out and functional. It was very clean and the staff was attentive and helpful. We also booked some local excursions through the rental. The property is nicely located to other attractions and things to do and see. Our host was Fabian and he was incredibly responsive. We were two families with kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. However there was great communication with what happened and Jason quickly took us to our new location. This second location was above and beyond the one we had originally booked. The house was big and clean and very comfortable. Super strong AC. WiFi was good but didn’t reach to all rooms. The pool was beautiful but is shared by multiple houses/apts on the property (we weren’t aware of this when we booked). Martin, the night guard, was wonderful. Property manager Jose speaks fluent English but the two guards/maintenance men only speak Spanish (was not a problem for us but could be if you don’t speak any Spanish). The 9 of us (6 adults and 3 kids) easily fit into the 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom configuration (common space also had 2 beds) and could have probably fit a few more. The location is great. You can walk to supermarket, restaurants and cafes or go to taxi stand to get a ride somewhere (there's also parking on property if you have a rental). Jose was the best concierge, responding to any questions any time of day. He helped us get rides and excursions whenever we asked for one, often at the last minute and was always available. On top of getting the house cleaned every day, the cleaning crew would also pick up out laundry. Getting laundry done daily was a game changer! The three kids loved the pool and could have easily spent all their time there and were even able to spot some monkeys from there.
