Everything was spotless, pool area was absolutely beautiful. The accommodations were beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The only comment i had was about the included breakfast. Same choices each day. The hotel was small, quiet and comfortable. It was clean with a very spacious room and a balcony overlooking the pools and jungle-like setting where we could see monkeys, etc. The staff at the hotel provide excellent service and help with explaining excursions and recommend ones that suit your specific wants/needs. The food in the restaurant is great and the pools provide a wonderful place to relax. There is parking which is a plus. Beautiful hotel, comfortable room, tasty breakfast, and helpful staff like Andres and a couple of restaurant staff. The hotel is nicely located - able to see monkeys from the restaurant and room, so made it more memorable. Could see sloths and monkeys every day from our balcony and woke up most mornings to the howler moneys! Kids had a blast in the pool, and breakfast was quick and easy every morning. Communication with the front desk was easy when needed. Only ate dinner at the restaurant on the first night, food was pretty good and could even watch the monkeys while we ate. Breakfast was very good although limited options (american, traditional Costa Rican, French toasts, or omelette) without a lighter/healthier one (continental or yogurt, cereal, large fruit platter, etc). Andres and Eithan at the main desk were very friendly and helpful.
