Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central home, surrounded by greenery and mountains.  
This house is on a second level, in front of public street minutes from Quepos and Manuel Antonio, where you do not need to go out by car to enjoy a nice hike to the Malecón or Marina Pez Vela, close to super markets and shops, in addition to the beautiful beaches and Manuel Antonio Park.  
The space  
Equipped house, downtown and very nice, SECOND FLOOR  
  
It is located 5 minutes from Quepos centro, Calle Vieja a Manuel Antonio, with a capacity of 10 people after 10 additional pay per person ( Maximum 15 people).  
  
The house has four bedrooms.  
  
1 room with 1 single bed  
  
1 room with 1 queen size bed  
  
1 room with 3 single beds (a 3-bedroom.  
  
1 room with 1 individual bed + 1 individual and double cabin  
  
2 extra matresses.

No hot shower/ Quepos is a very hot area so the water is.
