The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, along with Roy at the pool bar, and the housekeeping ladies. Location is nice and so is the view…just find a different hotel in this area (there are tons). The property is nice but is a mix of catacomb like room areas and only about 10 parking spots. The rooms are clean and nice with SPECTACULAR view of the beach and surounding rain forest. The breakfast was good and there was about 8 different items to choose from. The staff was polite friendly and very helpful. The pool area is awesome, but we didn't get to enjoy it as much due to heavy rains. Playa Baisanz is a short walk down the road and worth the trip, it's less crowded and almost private. The street that leads to the main MA road is in an area with plenty of shops, restaurants, bars. We were in a room which was renovated. We were in room 202, which has a huge building in front of the balcony. However, you could see I’ll see the ocean to the right and left of the building. The room should have been less than the 3rd floor room because of the obstructed view. The room was spacious for 3 people, 2 beds and a sofa, refrigerator, coffeemaker and coffee table. However, they charge you $2 for the coffee pod. They did have free coffee in the lobby. Breakfast was great. Many choices and the taste and service was great in dining area. It had beautiful view. Front staff was helpful. There was parking on property, but the entrance is steep and it curves. My most favorite place was the rooftop. During the day, you can see ocean on both sides. In the evening, it was so pleasant at the rooftop that we played cards. It was lovely, we saw stars and sunset colors from there. We liked the location of the hotel. Only 5-8 minutes driving to all key places to visit.
