We had 10 people it was super comfortable for all. We barely turned in the TV, as the view to the mountains across the lake was better than the any TV show ever produced. The fireplace was another winner, as it keep the large house toasty. Kitchen was fully stocked and all the laundry facilities availability. FYI, the dryer is in the garage. Everything you need is here, was perfect for our large group. Great open plan kitchen, dining & lounge area. Lovely large bathrooms, no problems with runnning out of water. Great outdoor area with a brand new bbq (thanks to maintenance for sorting) plenty of room & seating for everyone. Balcony area was magical with a glass of wine in hand to take in the gorgeous scenery. Easy access via the garage for unloading. Location was great just far enough away from the congestion, easy drive over the hill into town, we also enjoyed the walk into town, airport is 5mins away & Arrowton was 20mins away. ##### Julie d.
