We loved our two-night stay here! The rooms were quiet, spacious and clean and the common areas were lovely. The hot tub was a highlight on a chilly night! Our host, Jennifer, was very responsive and made sure we had all we needed. Perfect location to explore the region around Arrowtown. Would definitely stay here again!

A country gem

Jennifer met us on arrival after a hasty booking on our behalf. Extremely friendly & helpful. A lovely home with grounds to roam. Good facilities in room as well as communal kitchen & longe areas. Quiet area between Queenstown & Arrowtown which is worth the visit. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommended

The room was spacious and clean and beds were very comfortable. The outside of the property whilst a beautiful setting looked like it needed some maintenance and the spa pool needed a clean. The owners were not on site but responded well to emails . I had a different impression from the advertising when booking this property and felt it would be a real treat but was a little disappointed overall.

The only complaint I have is that we didn't stay longer. Welcoming and as they live in the area, excellent with their recommendations. The accommodations were luxurious (soft sheets, pillows and towels). The kitchen well stocked with a full fridge available for storage. There are breakfast options (cereal, tea, toast) and if you want something more extensive (fruit) there are stores nearby. I do recommend having a car as this is a drive out of town (which is exactly what we were looking for). Although on a busy road, they are far off track so there is not a bother of traffic sounds. Had the chance to meet their new family member, Gordon Ramsey (the lamb) as well as his brother, a loving dog named Rex. Will stay again if ever in Queenstown or Arrowtown!

A true gem! A very pleasant stay on this quiet and private eatate just 15 minutes from Queenstown. Spacious room with private large bathroom, gorgeous, breatgtaking views of the mountains, varity of snacks and wine provided, very clean, multiple sitting/living rooms, and a promptly available and responsive host. Free parking onsite. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again if ever in the area.

Mitch and Beca we're wonderful hosts. Felt like family at breakfast, and they introduced us to crumpets and ANZAC cookies. Could not have been more memorable. If you go, you may want to rent a car, they are a bit away from town but well worth the drive!!

Loved our stay! We enjoyed the sunshine outside in the afternoon with a bottle of wine we’d picked up down the road, lovely atmosphere. Great breakfast spread including chia puddings and delicious local honey and spreads. Topped off with fresh from the oven blueberry banana muffins that we enjoyed at the summit of Ben Lomond! Our hosts were friendly and accommodating, thank you so much!

A Great Base For Exploring Queenstown

We loved this place. It is a newly constructed house being used as a B&B. The facilities are excellent and the location is good. The house manager (Marina) was incredibly friendly and accommodating. All the other guests were great. It was wonderful to have a relaxed, non-hotel base for a couple of days to catch up on stuff like laundry and eating take-out (and avoiding eating in a restaurant for the umpteenth time in a row). Strong recommendation.

Luxurious B&B

The two of us had a very enjoyable stay here. The room was very comfortable, bathroom excellent, beautiful surroundings and our hosts were just lovely. Everything top notch. We really enjoyed "happy hour" in the lounge with the gorgeous view, and the choice of nibbles and wine and the chance to chat with our hosts and other guests.
