You will receive the code 3 days prior to your arrival. We are available on call between 8am and 9pm to deal with any issues during your stay. Otherwise you will have complete privacy. This is a quiet residential neighbourhood and there are noise restrictions in place after 10pm (for example you can't use the spa pool after 10pm) A car is best to access the property and surrounding area but there is a bus stop at the bottom of the hill. You can purchase a BEE bus card from the local depot in town for $2 bus fairs around the districit. It is also worth noting that most activities will provide transport from in town or local pick up points along Frankton Road (15 minutes walk) Extra Services \- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability please inquire 48 hours prior to your arrival. \- Cleaning services are available during your stay for an additional cost. Contact us and we can organize this for you. Some not so great things: Home is very dated and worn. Carpet needs to be replaced ( separating at the doors/walls), all window coverings are dated, faded, dirty and/or broken. Outlets are loose and some of us had difficulty with our adapters. There are cobwebs/spider webs in some areas and the home has a musty smell. The patio furniture was dirty so we couldn’t use it. We truly appreciated having a washer and dyer on site after traveling for several days. The inability to run the washer and dryer at the same time was a less than stellar limitation. If you are looking for a large home with a lot of beds and baths and don’t mind the wear, then this is a fine accommodation. We did not use the hot tub during our stay.
