We went to the front desk to ask if we could pay for a two-hour late checkout. The waterpark doesn’t open until 10 a.m. and checkout is at 11 a.m., so we were hoping to have breakfast and let the kids swim for about an hour before leaving. Unfortunately, the lady at the desk was very unfriendly and abruptly told us there were no late checkouts available. The way it was said felt quite rude. Because of this, we didn’t get to use the waterpark at all on Sunday, which was really disappointing for the kids since they had enjoyed it so much the day before. When I booked, we were told the waterpark could be used both days, so this was frustrating. While the Saturday check-in staff were excellent and welcoming, the interaction Sunday morning left us feeling disappointed. Overall, it took away from what could have been a great family stay."
