This charming family older home, has a rustic feel, set on a generous block between the bay and the beach. This north-facing retreat offers a relaxing, tranquil setting with beautiful views of the established rear garden and surrounding natural landscape, making it an ideal spot for a peaceful getaway.

The open-plan living areas feature high timber-lined ceilings and large windows that fill the space with natural light and connect you to the outdoors. The cozy lounge with a gas log fireplace and ample built-in cabinetry offers the perfect space to unwind after a day of exploring.
The well-equipped kitchen is a cook’s dream, featuring a walk-in pantry, Blanco wall oven, and Bosch dishwasher, plus stunning views of the garden. The central living area flows seamlessly onto an outdoor deck with bifold doors, complete with a retractable insect screen for comfort.
The four bedrooms, all with built-in robes, and the master features an ensuite.
The bathrooms that are a bit dated and could use an update, but it remains acomfortable.
There’s also a flexible room at the end of the hallway that can be used as an office, play area, or yoga space – perfect for your needs during your stay.

Outside, enjoy the large backyard with a fenced fruit orchard (featuring olives, figs, apples, and more!), a natural duck house, and expansive lawns ideal for outdoor games or simply relaxing in the fresh air.
Located in a peaceful cul-de-sac, the only neighbors you’ll encounter are the local wildlife. It’s just a short drive to the charming townships of Queenscliff and Point Lonsdale, where you can explore shops, cafes, beaches, and more.
