Well appointed with a coffee machine, coffee pods, milk, tea bags etc and a big dining table. It was a very hot day the day we arrived but the air con units in all areas were effective at cooling the house quickly.The property is well located between Point Lonsdale and Queenscliff so both are easy to get to if you have a car. It is situated on the main road into Queenscliff though. There was a constant stream of traffic from around 5.30am on the Saturday morning and quite late into the night. The windows don't insulate from much of it and it was quite noisy so sleep was disrupted. Obviously this can't be avoided but good for others to know when booking as I hadn't appreciated just how busy that road would be at those times. ##### NIKKI E.
