This multi-level condo sits less than two miles from the Quechee Club, where you can purchase a pass to access two championship golf courses, a driving range, indoor and outdoor pools, a state-of-the-art fitness center, eight Hard-Tru tennis courts, pickleball, paddle tennis, a lake with boats, a dock for fishing, a beach, an alpine ski hill, and a trail system for hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, and backcountry skiing. In the surrounding area, you can easily visit the quaint villages of Woodstock (eight miles) and Hanover (12 miles), not to mention the nearby slopes of Killington Resort (28 miles) and Pico Mountain (30 miles).

The condo is open, spacious, and well-maintained, from the new decks and sliders to the comfortable furnishings throughout. Make yourself at home in the kitchen, dining area, and living room on the second floor, or head downstairs to the den to find a game table, a gas fireplace, and a second smart TV.
