The weekend concierge was not available as much and we were given only one Fav for the front door entrance on weekends. Would have been even more efficient for us if our door keys got us through the front door. We noticed that walking around the beautiful flat, that all of the surfaces of our feet, barefoot or with socks got a layer of black dirt that then came out onto the floor of the shower. It was shocking and very dirty. Also the throw rugs need treating and serious washing!!!!Around the rugs, the floors, behind curtains, in closests it also needed cleaning. ##### elizabeth v.
