It is perfectly located for walking to old quebec, very nicely appointed and hosted by the condo organization that staffs the front desk 18 hours a day (or so) and is very clearly there to keep you happy. we will be back. it is noteworthy that there are many rentable units in this building and the organization itself rents them directly through their website. So why the 4 stars for accuracy of its ad? If you look at the excellent pictures of the space it is very clear that the "bedroom" is fully open to the living room, the base the bed being only 2 feet from the living room couch. The room is however advertised as "one-bedroom" and not studio. From the pictures we knew what we were getting, however I believe there is a studio designation that would be more accurate you get. In turn, renting within the condo, gives you access to a gym space and some very reasonable looking cardio equipment... Which they could also advertise, so things balance out. After walking dozens of kilometres each day up and down hills of Québec city, we didn't cardio equipment. Overall, this is an excellent space, great organization, and we most certainly will be back. We have already recommended this unit to family members and will likely rent here explicitly every time we return to Québec city. Highly recommended ##### Bryan M.
