Beautiful air-conditioned condo located on the 5th floor. The building was built in 2022\. It includes an elevator, a gym, a lounge area. Starting from early may, you can enjoy the rooftop terrace on the 12th floor with an impressive view of the city, a swimming pool, relaxation areas, a fireplace and barbecues at your disposal. Available owners, superior soundproofing, impeccable service and professional maintenance. The beds in the bedrooms are queen size including the sofa bed that has been chosen for its comfort. Washer-dryer in the apartment. Wanted decoration, 9-foot ceilings, quartz kitchen counters, fully equipped kitchen including Keurig dishwasher and filter and capsule coffee maker, air conditioning, Netflix and Prime video and some attention for your comfort! Alexandre was very welcoming and responsive, although we really didn’t need anything as the condo was stocked with everything we needed! It was the perfect home base for our family of four (including two elementary-school kids) to explore Quebec City. It was exactly as advertised-- spacious, attractively furnished, and with a very responsive host. The walk to the old city, where we spent most of our time, was 15-20 min. May 22, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### This is truly a beautiful getaway A short walk or cab from petit Champlain/St.Jean/La grande allee. We walked and also took an Uber and cab, depending on weather and time of day. The rooftop pool is amazing, perfect for starting your day or and quick dip before dinner out! Don’t be afraid to venture to the area near the condo! Although not the typical tourist areas, it actually gives a more authentic Québécois experience, we loved the cafes. shops and restaurants! The condo was very clean and comfortable. The pool, rooftop fire-pit and grills were fantastic. We were up there every night. The condo is about a 10 minute walk to fabulous restaurants and sightseeing venues. We felt very safe when out walking at night. We have a large pickup truck and there were a few parking garages that were very close to Le Bonaparte. The check-in and entry process was very easy. I definitely felt that this was a 5 star facility and the owners were very kind and easy to work with. ##### Susan D.
