As we approached Quebec city all communication with the host ceased. We were not given an entry code to the apartment as promised, and no phone number for the host. No messages were answered after noon of checkin day through VRBO. At that point we were still about 2 hours away from Quebec City, and with no confirmation of admission to the apartment, we started back toward the United States. When we were tired, we checked in to a hotel along the highway. I filed a complaint with VRBO and rerceived an email message last night that our reservation was cancelled and the hosts were no longer on VRBO. However, I have no information yet about reimbursment of fees already paid. Since we never gained entry to the apartment and I could only get this review accepted if I clicked the remainuing stars, I did so to pass on my review. ##### Jean G. The apartment was so cute and very comfortable. It was extremely clean and welcoming. The area is perfect, you a short walk from great restaurants and shops. Its also a short drive from Old Quebec which I highly recommend visiting. It's about a 30 minute walk with great sites. Parking isn't bad I would suggest parking at any of the nearby garages which are pretty cheap. The host was lovely and gave a ton of suggestions of where to go. 5 Stars!! ##### Sam B.
