L\`appartement est parfait pour des voyages entre amis, réunions de famille et séjours de travail. Durant l\`été, la rue devient piétonne et les terrasses des restaurants sont agrandies afin de donner une ambiance festive. CITQ (#302705) Profitez de l\`ambiance de l\`un des endroits le plus hip de la ville : Saint-Roch. Urbain, moderne et éclectique, vous y trouverez tout à proximité. Notre appartement est l\`endroit parfait pour relaxer après une longue journée, nous mettrons à votre disposition : \- 2 chambres fermées garnies de lits reposants et de couvertes douillettes : 1 lit Queen et deux lits doubles. Un lit pour bébé est disponible sur demande au cout de 10$ par nuit, maximum 50$ par séjour. \- L\`appartement a été entièrement rénové en juin 2020 \- Une cuisine équipée pour cuisiner vos mets préférés. \- Un salon chaleureux avec un sofa et TV. \- Nous vous fournirons tous les essentiels : savon, shampoing, draps, serviettes, etc. Le stationnement est à une minute à pied. L\`adresse est le 685 rue Sainte-Marguerite. C\`est 30$ par jour. Nous serons disponibles pour vous assister en cas d\`urgence, vous n\`avez qu\`à nous écrire ! Nous serons discrets pour que vous puissiez profiter de votre séjour en toute intimité. Saint-Roch est probablement le quartier le plus en vogue de la ville, il est urbain et \`trendy\`. Son emplacement central vous permettra de vous rendre facilement à toutes les attractions de la Ville. Marchez sur les rues Saint-Joseph et Saint-Vallier pour profiter de la meilleur offre de restaurants, boutiques et bars qui s\`y retrouvent en grand nombre ! Vous aurez aussi des épiceries ainsi qu\`une SAQ (magasin de vin et spiritueux) tout près. Aller au Vieux-Québec et au Petit Champlain à la marche et découvrez sur votre chemin les charmes de cette ville magnifique. Notre appartement est aussi vraiment proche de la station centrale de train ! Vous pouvez tout faire à pied (La marche est de loin l\`option la plus facile). Cependant, si vous préférez, vous pouvez prendre le service de transport en commun. Il y a plusieurs arrêts à proximités. Nous avions ajouté l'option du stationnement dans notre recherche, car avec de jeunes enfants de pouvoir vider la voiture en étant proche est important pour nous. Il n'y a pas de stationnement juxtaposé, celui suggéré est à au moins 5 minutes de marche. Le quartier est près du Vieux-Québec mais c'est un quartier défavorisé et il y a beaucoup d'actions(cris durant la nuit, vue de l'appartement sur un sans-abris, opération policière). L'appartement en soi est vraiment très agréable, décoré avec goût, tout fonctionne bien(douche, appareil ménagers). La disponibilité du propriétaire a aussi vraiment été apprécié🙂 ##### Marijo C. Séjour de 1 nuit en septembre 2024 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Heather S. 23 sept. 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Easily Walkable Location to the Old City and Multiple Quarters The apartment is very cleanly and comfortable, perfect for a weekend away with my best friend to celebrate our 40th birthdays. We were easily able to walk into the old city, and be more immersed in the non-touristy quarters surrounding it. While the road can be a bit loud at night on the weekends, it was nothing too bad, and the back bedroom (with two beds) buffered the noise completely. On the road itself just a stones throw from the apartment is a lovely cafe, poutine shop, and Italian restaurant. A tiny bit further down is a grocery store, and in the other direction an excellent toy store. Parking was extremely easy in garages throughout the city. Finally, communication with the owner was excellent. I highly recommend this location. It was a great first place to visit Quebec, and I anticipate cooking back! ##### Heather S. The area is up and coming. There is a great place to eat if you step out of the place and turn right it is just up the street called HONO, delicious!! It was also very straightforward to navigate to for an out of town guest. Maybe not recommended for a very light sleeper as the area is lively. Lots of interesting shopping and great restaurants. We walked to old city in about 20 minutes. My kids loved the tub and shower in the washroom.
