This cozy and comfortable house is situated on the outskirts of Quartucciu, Italy, in a quiet and sunny countryside location, about 9 km from the sea and beach. It offers a shared fenced park and a petting farm for your enjoyment. You will find ample parking at the house, as well as a yard. The residence features electric gates, and the owner resides on the same property.

Unit Layout  
The Terra del Vento is a 4-room house with a living area of 80 square meters. It features a simple and cozy furnishing style. The living/dining room has a digital TV and provides access to the garden and veranda. There are three bedrooms: one double bedroom with a shower, bidet, WC, and air conditioning; another double bedroom with air conditioning; and a room with two beds and air conditioning. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, four gas rings, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and Lavazza capsules for the coffee machine. Additionally, there is access to the veranda from the kitchen.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property offers various amenities, including two showers, bidets, and WCs. It has air conditioning and forced-air heating, although heating is not available in all rooms. The outdoor spaces include a patio, garden, and terrace with furniture. Furthermore, the property boasts a beautiful panoramic view of the countryside. Other amenities provided are a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot (extra), and hair dryer.

The Terra del Vento is a vacation rental property designed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It can accommodate a maximum capacity of six guests with its three bedrooms.
