Cosy, comfortable house. On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position, 9 km from the sea, 9 km from the beach, in the countryside. For shared use: park (fenced). Petting farm parking at the house. Grocery 5 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bus stop "ss 125 corongiu serre" 450 m, sandy beach "Margine Rosso" 9 km. Sports harbour 10 km, golf course (18 hole) 6 km. Nearby attractions: Diverland Parco Acquatico 1.5 km, Poetto 6 km, Mari Pintau 18 km, Cagliari 20 km, Villasimius 41 km, Costa Rei 44 km. Hiking paths: Parco 7 Fratelli 12 km. Please note: car recommended. On the estate animal husbandry. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Residence with electric gates. The owner lives on the same property.
