« The house is an easy walk to the beach for not being front row. It needs some work on the floors and tiles but for the price we thought it was fine. The kids room with bunk beds was a great space for the kids. »

« This is the best place that I have stayed in Galveston area. It has all the amenities for all the kids and adults. I plan on booking this place again in the near future. The cowboy pool was the best for all the kids. »

« Bunk beds were wonderful. The queen size was perfect for adults and kids. Also, all the beds had foam/memory foam mattresses that felt amazing after a long day at the beach. Thank you for providing coffee and filters! That was a nice little bonus. »

« You absolutely cannot beat the location of this property. It was as described and had pretty much everything you need. The only problem we had was the lockbox to where the key for storage for the grill / other amenities (assuming washer and dryer) we could not get unlocked. Other than that, everything was awesome. Will be looking to stay at this property again. »

« The house worked great for the two of us. Bed was comfortable and kitchen well stocked. It could use a better cleaning job of the bathroom. Typical of Galveston houses, there was rotten wood on the exterior and some storm windows were not working. We wish the palm trees in the front were trimmed for a better view of the beach. We spent the day on the beach and dined out. »

« The listing indicated this was a 3 bedroom. I thought the basement area was in addition to that, but it wasn't. The upstairs was great, kitchen was well stocked, one bedroom bedside table had trash in the drawer from a previous renter and kitchen had some dirty dishes in the cabinet. Basement smelled horrible, like mold. There was visable mold on floor close to trim work. Internet didnt work for a couple days, but they fixed that issue. Area was great, was disappointed that the pool wasn't open...

« I cannot emphasize how perfect the location is. If you have children, I would recommend this property. People cannot drive or park on the section of beach in front of property. The access to the beach is at bottom of back deck stairs. Clear view of beach from back deck. There are a few things that are dated but I would definitely stay here again. »

My family and I go to Galveston/ Jamaica beach every year multiple times a year and I have never stayed at a house that my whole family has loved so much. This house will ALWAYS, be our go to house to book during vacation. The host was absolutely an amazing host ! The kids loved the pool the house was big and beautiful! Just an amazing stay! »
