« Great place to stay close enough to get down seawall and 10min from the strand. Very quiet location and great dock to sit on with a cold drink. They Richey family where very accommodating and super responsive. I would highly recommend if you have a boat since it's in a quite canal. The small yard was great for our dog to do her business and everything is fenced in so it was a great property for a pet. I would definitely consider staying here again. »

« It was our second annual vacation to Galveston. We had a great time. The house is right by the beach way walking distance. The house was large enough for our family the showers were great, never ran out of hot water. Kitchen/livingroom was big enough for all of us to enjoy time together. Plenty of room for all of us to sleep in the bedrooms and upstairs bunk area. Plenty of parking, we had 5 vehicles. The only issue we had was the porch area was a little small for us to all hang out together...

« We stayed here over the Easter weekend and had a blast. The kids enjoyed the pool and ease of location to the beach. Communication with Russell was great and the property had ample space for all of us enjoy. Will definitely try to stay again. »

« We loved the pool. We rented the kayak’s and the golf cart. My husband and son had a blast in the kayak’s out in the bay. We even went crabbing out there and caught some! The golf cart was so fun and loved having it to run across the road to the beach. The boys loved the downstairs and called it their man cave. There was a toaster oven, but no microwave downstairs and that would have been helpful to have a microwave down there. We also loved the outdoor shower. My mom now wants one at her house...

« This gorgeous home was even more spacious than we ever imagined. Plenty of room & beds for everyone with room for more if needed. Lots of open living areas for entertaining all of the guests. Our only complaints were not enough pots for cooking and the back bathroom on the left wing was very dirty. The shower & tub need a deep cleaning to remove the mildew. The carpet was also stained but we were not too concerned about that. Overall, the home is amazing! We would definitely stay here again if...
