There was a mini frig but no microwave which would’ve been nice as they sell delicious looking cinnamon rolls. Our room did had a balcony, but it was at the end of an atrium so the view wasn’t as magnificent as it would have been from other rooms. All of the staff that we encountered were super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. You have to pay for everything including the boat ride around the inside of the hotel. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the plants were amazing. Parking isn’t included and it’s pricey per day considering you are also paying daily resort fees. The self parking was far from our room and the particular area we were in (The Magnolia section) didn’t have a dedicated lot as other sections did. Overall, it was a great stay! Conveniently located to a huge mall and cheaper restaurant options as well. I would like to go back!"
