Very clean, has all the amenities. Also great location. Near 6 line, CVS, and Grocery. Will stay here again in the future. :)"

"The Freehand is in a convenient area to walk to many destinations and its also only one block from a subway line. The staff was all courteous and answered any questions we had. The rooftop bar is a nice option to spend time with a group. We also enjoyed the unique art and furniture in our room and the charm of the old renovated public areas."

"There are good and bad things. Communication with host was superb. Mattresses are good. Spacious for spreading out. However. The host asks for no shoes inside but the ceramic tile is FREEZING cold and has many, many cracks (with loose pieces), so it’s not a logical request. They don’t want food in livingroom but for a space that sleeps 8, there’s only a small kitchen table. Another illogical request. Mattresses may be good but pillows are terrible. Literally hard as brick and about 12”...
