"Nice area "

"This is now my "go to" hotel when I need to be in downtown Dallas. It's in a good location near the Guadalupe Cathedral and the Meyerson Symphony Hall. The valet parking staff (Michael & Su) and hotel staff (Raven, Mary Jane) were very kind and helpful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I slept so well. The room and bathroom were very clean, comfortable. The pool was fantastic. The terrace pool is lovely, 3 to 9 feet increasing depths. And the final wonderful surprise was the Pyramid restaurant which offered delicious affordable gourmet cuisine. That is why I like this hotel so very much."

"The most Fort Worth hotel I have ever stayed in, without being over-the-top or kitschy. The bed was amazing, and the furniture was perfectly suited for the room. We had a problem with hot water, and we mentioned it at the front desk as we were leaving for dinner. By the time we returned, it was fixed. I wish the pool area were easier to access. The doors were not well marked on how to use them, and my husband dropped his drink while trying to access the gate to the pool (it was hard to open). I think directional signage in the valet area would be helpful. Also, when we were ready to leave, we had to back out as we could not drive between two cars that were using the valet area to casually load their cars. "

"I recently spent a one-day birthday staycation at the Omni Hotel Las Colinas, and it was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make the experience special — warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly throughout our stay. To my delight, I received a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful suite, which made the celebration feel even more luxurious. As an added bonus, we were given two drink vouchers, which we enjoyed while soaking in the relaxing atmosphere. The highlight of the stay? Definitely the pool. It was serene, well-maintained, and the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the Texas sun. Highly recommend for anyone looking to treat themselves — even if just for a night!"
